MY Mission
I leverage my lived experiences as a Veteran and disaster, crisis, intervention therapist to to empower and inspire clients to live a life that is authentic, fulfilling, and aligned with their values. I believe that everyone has the potential to create positive change in their lives and communities. I am here to support you on your journey towards cultivating personal internal controls to attain self-efficacy which will foster personal/communal growth and transformation.
My Approach
My approach to life enhancement is rooted in positive psychology, mindfulness, and cognitive-behavioral therapy. I work collaboratively with all clients to help them identify their strengths, overcome limiting beliefs, and develop practical strategies for achieving their goals. I believe that life enhancement is a process of self-discovery, and I am committed to providing a supportive and non-judgmental space for my clients to leverage their inner authority to for higher living.
My Services
I offer a range of life enhancement services with emphasis on disaster, crisis, intervention, and mitigation. We work together to curb crisis from occurring or mitigate the impact of said crisis. I employ positive social change tools to help individuals and communities be resilient thru one-on-one coaching sessions, group coaching, workshops, and online courses. My areas of expertise include PTSD, TBI, disaster, crisis, intervention, and mitigation; stress management; relationship coaching; career coaching; self efficacy; peer support and suicide prevention.
